I'm back. It feels weird, to stop blogging for 3 months. To be honest,
I don't even have the time to touch my macbook. Overall, I have to admit it has
been a strenuous journey along the way. With numerous assignments to complete
that led to many times when I was left with no choice but to burned midnight oil. Having
only 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day. Therefore, during the past few months, I really really
appreciated my weekends because it's the only time where I could have sufficient sleep.
During July, it was our 'n' level prelim period. It was tough, that 2 weeks of mugging
at serangoon garden mac just to do our revision. That 2 weeks, was unforgettable. I
remember waking up at 4am to do my revision, 7am to school for my exam, 12pm
lunch and revision outside till 8 or 9pm. It was a daily routine and I felt really restless.
I was also super fortunate to be able to get tickets to the NDP preview. I went there on
one of the saturday to catch the preview. It was spectacular and somehow, it drifted my
thoughts to last year NDP when I was part of the contingent. How proud it was, wearing
my Girls' Brigade uniform and singing the National Anthem.
During August, it was my nephew's 3rd birthday. I bought cake and we celebrated with him.
He was elated mainly because of the Thomas's cake I got him. I don't know why but he's so
obsessed with Thomas & Friends. He even gobbled down the Thomas chocolate cake.
Not to forget, my usual lunch date with them after school.
During September, my sister and I met up with my dad. We went for movie and dinner
@ Astons. It was an amazing day.
As 'n' level drew nearer, I was nervous and stressed. I'm glad to have friends,
really good friends that guide me throughout this journey. Spending most of the days
out at KFC, Mcdonald, Starbucks to get assignments done with my friends. It's really
memorable because those are the hard days we suffered together to get through.
(Great thanks <3)
I did my last 'n' level paper, DNT today. Through many obstacles, to get me this far
I'm glad it's over now. I still have 2 more 'o' level papers to go
before ending this year's final exam. I truly hope things will be great, for they said
"Hardwork pays off". Life is full of marathon, I'm glad I finish this till the end.
Embracing the upcoming marathon that is in the way :)
Also, truly hope the best for everyone as the year is approaching the end.
