Straight after school term ends, the following week, my school had supplementary classes
for everyone. 8 days from 8am to 12pm, adding those elective classes it end even later around 4
or 5 for me. Well, it was really tiring to be going back to school especially after holiday
started and it's even more awkward when boarding the bus in the morning and you don't
even see any familiar schoolmates and some people will be like staring at you. Throughout the
2 weeks, I think it benefits me more or less in a way as I'm starting to catch up with the
things I missed out on and the motivation to doing even better during prelims.
My mye result really devastated me. As the result I get, fully qualify me to enter ite.
Which i really don't want as I feel that the teaching style doesn't suit me and I already
had some courses in mind to go in poly. So well, I guess the next few months I just
need to work even extra harder to achieve my goals.
Well, 2 weeks of supplementary classes didn't makes me neglected the 'little' fun
I should be having during June.
Just last week, I went for supper with my sister and had a catch up time with her.
Judging from her work and my school, we rarely hang out. I really do appreciate
having a sister like her because she just really understand me well enough and dote me
a lot :)
As for my nephew, he's going to be 3 around august. Watching him grew every now and then,
I feel that I'm growing older too.
Also seeing 1 of my favourite manager leaving mosburger, it comes to a point that
I've realise that I spent 2 years there working already. Super grateful to work along
with this manager because she's super good.
But I guess all good things doesn't last a long time. And soon to be, we just move
on from this and adapt to another environment.
The start of June, I was also looking forward to the trip to malaysia to visit 1 of my friend
there. I'm glad that I went there and come back safety just yesterday.
It was definitely a memorable trip for me because this friend of mine, Eunice is really
affable. My best friend, Charmaine and I took a duration of 8 hours railway train from
Johor to Mentakab, a state in Pahang to visit her.
It was a really long trip but worth it after all <3
We took the train at 7pm and reach there around 3am. Eunice took us to check in to
our hotel. The moment we reach the hotel, we have been talking about the past year
of our life. Just like this, a few hours has passed and we went to KFC for breakfast
before heading to Kuala Lumpur for our shopping trip. We took a bus there which
takes about 2 hours. From the bus terminal, we then took the train there to the shopping
mall.
Did not brought much, but the things that are really cheap for us as comparing singapore
currency and malaysia currency it's like quite a huge difference.
Not to forget, we also went to a really awesome cafe located at her hometown, which
we had a really great bonding time there with the cakes and drink :)
Over all, we had a really great time there just bonding and talking :)
Super grateful to be going there with my best friend and meeting Eunice :)
Yesterday we took the 5am train from Mentakab back to Johor. From there,
we took a train back to Singapore. It's indeed a fun experience and even though
I don't know when we will meet here again but I'm definitely looking forward to the next
time we meet :)
Eunice is like a old friend to me. Looking back at those days when we are together,
it has passed a year. I met her when I was sec 2 and the beginning of last year,
she went back to her hometown and never came back since then. Planning this trip
from here to there, I'm super grateful she arranged the accomandation very well and
our journey and food we had there was also very delicious. It's a blessing that we
still have social media to keep us in close contact even though she's in malaysia
and I'm in singapore <3
Oh and from the hotel view, we also saw the sunrise which is really pretty.
There are also a few birds flying around making the scenery even more beautiful.
I also apologise for not updating my blog for the past month as I was busy with school.
Recently, I hardly have time to use my macbook as everyday there are just so many uncompleted
things to do. I hope everyone will be spending every minutes in june wisely as after this
june, major exam will be coming up really soon and by then it's just a 20m left to keep running.
After this marathon, I'm sure I'll be bidding farewell to my high school life with sorrows but
instead of counting down to the days, I personally prefer to enjoy this moment to the fullest
while it still last.
Let's us all indulge in this summer
