I heard a really inspiring story today and I want to share it with u guys :)
'One day, there was this little boy who was 3 years old. He went to find his elder brother. But he was young therefore the little boy can't walk really properly. So he fell into the pond and hit his head. After 20mins, his elder brother found his younger brother in the pond, not moving. He rushed to pulled his younger brother out of the pond. Their parents rushed there and they were shocked to see this scene. As he is in Red Cross, he knew the steps to do CPR. He performed CPR on his younger brother and his younger brother started breathing. After that their parent called the ambulance. The doctor told them that he wouldn't be able to make it by tonight. Well, his mother persist and stayed by the younger son bedside and sing his favorite song. The younger son indeed survive but in the first few years, he can't walk, he can't talk and he can't eat with his mouth. The only way for him to eat is by pouring chemical liquid into a pipe that was connected directly into his stomach. It was definitely tough for the mother. But the mother had perseverance. Up till this day, the younger son is 17. He can walk, eat with his mouth & speak a few words only. It took him 14-15 years. It is indeed really a long and tough journey. But perseverance led him and this family members through all this years'
In life, there are a lot of challenges we'll be facing. But remember to NEVER GIVE UP! I hope that it'll inspire u guys to learn to persevere through out this year because I'm sure that there'll be a lot of challenges that u also need to put your faith in God! Never stop running the race, if u fell down, get up and continue running! :) To end off, here's a quote by Michael Jordan! :D
